Designing the glorifier for Glenfiddich’s 50 Year Old Simultaneous Time was one of the most poetic challenges I’ve ever embraced.
The magic of this edition lies in how multiple timelines—weather, seasons, microclimates—coexist and shape every drop of whisky. I translated five decades of climate data (humidity, temperature, pressure) into an algorithm that sculpted the form you see here: a dynamic structure that embodies time itself.
This piece doesn’t just display the decanter; it encapsulates time in material form. From its contours to its shadows and voids, every angle tells a story about the invisible forces that quietly age the spirit.
This was never about making a stand. It was about giving a physical voice to time — one that speaks of memory, nature, and craftsmanship.
